Recipe of the Day: Sparkling Apple Bellinis

This deliciously grown-up beverage makes a refreshing addition to any fall tea table and with only two ingredients, it couldn't be easier to make & serve.

Ingredients:
  • 1 half gal fresh Apple Cider, refrigerated
  • 1 bottle of your favorite Champagne or Sparkling Wine, chilled

Instructions:
Divide apple cider evenly between 8 champagne flutes. Fill each glass 2/3 full of cider.
Fill the remaining 1/3 of each glass with your choice of champagne or sparking wine.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick, freshly grated nutmeg or a dollop of thick whipcream, if desired.

Serve immediately.
Recipe serves up to 8 people.
